Tater Wilderness Paintball is located in the hills of South Wales NY, 30 minutes south of Buffalo. We provide a safe and fun day of paintball games in our six acres of woodland play-fields for ages thirteen and up. Paintball is an excellent activity for various ages and physical abilities to enjoy friendly competition and instill the benefits of teamwork. A day of paintball can be a fun and memorable event for families, co-workers, youth groups, volunteer groups, etc. Our referees keep the games safe, fair and fun for all participants.
Paintball is the game of capture the flag. A group of participants is divided into two teams, each team tries to capture the other teams flag and then bring it back to their own flag station. But instead of physically tagging an opponent out as in the childhood game, players tag each other with paintball markers. The game objective is not “shooting” each other just as a football game is not won simply by tackling.
Each game is approximately 15 to 20 minutes so players tagged out don’t have to wait long to have another chance at helping their team win the next game. While sitting out players rest, drink water, snack and other wise get ready for the following game.
Capture the flag games are great but a couple days in the season we have themed games with multiple objectives, characters, props and prizes. Check in on us often for special event announcements.

Paintball has been used to exercise employee teamwork, problem solving and camaraderie since the 1980's. Front office people must work with service tech's to move the flag. We can provide a fast, fun company picnic that is also beneficial to business! Return to work on Monday a stronger team!
