So, you pulled group leader duty, whether it was your idea, the kids or your lazy boss, here you are. Hopefully your efforts will be appreciated. In order to have a successful and safe outing we have a little info for you. At the beginning of your game day there will be a safety and game rules orientation with a reinforcement of these rules through the day by our referees. However, the better your people understand the rules, the safer and more fun the day shall be. Of course you want everyone going home with a smile wrapped around their head instead of a bandage so copy and hand out (recommended) or other wise go over the information with them. You will also find material to help in your efforts as group leader.
Group Leader To - Do List
Establish a date that is acceptable to the majority of your group. We offer a flexible start time, 9 to 11 am. Sat. and Sun. Games last only till 6 p.m. or sunset which ever comes first.
Call 1-716-655-7580 once you know you have at least 15 people interested to reserve a date. Be ready to give us a rough estimate of how many people you may eventually bring.
Use the sign up sheet to sign up those people and possibly others. Collect the deposit ($8)
Once you have a firm idea of how many participants will go, call us again and we'll arrange for deposit payment. Deposit must be made three days before game date at the latest. Cash or check, mailed or personally delivered. Don't mail cash knucklehead. Sorry, we do not process credit cards.
Review our info. with people you think may be interested. Make it clear that this is outdoors (with shelter at picnic area) and that bugs, heat, cold and rain can be expected. Be prepared.
Make sure everyone knows the game date, time and travel arrangements.
Distribute game and safety info. for them to peruse before game date. Copy and hand out "release of liability" form. Please note players under 18 must have a parent sign at bottom.
Organize your group so they know what time they must arrive by so as not to miss the hay wagon ride to the game site. Those who are late must carry their gear, about 300 yards, to the registration / game area. We suggest you double up in your vehicles so no one gets lost or otherwise left behind. Let them know our driveway to the parking area is a tractor road and that vehicles with low ground clearance, rear wheel drive and bald tires may have difficulties in wet weather.

Rain Dates
“Into every life some rain must fall but, please, not on the day I reserved for paintball!” If the weather on your day is such that no one will have fun or safety is compromised (lightning, high winds) we shall be happy to set another date or return your deposit. Light, occasional rain or cool temps are not enough reason. Policy does not apply if group activity of four hours or more is achieved.
Rescheduling
With three days notice prior to reserved date we can reschedule or return deposit.
Notice!
Dates available for private groups will be very limited this year.
Call as early as possible so as not to be disappointed.
